Applications for traders for the 2026 Bolton Food and Drink Festival are officially open!
Register your interest in taking part in one of the biggest and best food and drink festivals around by simply posting your fully completed, signed and dated application form with core supporting documentation by 31st March 2026.
Completed applications will only be accepted with supporting documentation:
– Public Liability Insurance (£10 million minimum)
– Risk Assessment
– Proof of Fire Fighting Equipment
– Allergen Information
– Portable Appliance PAT Testing Certificates
– Gas Safety Certificate
– Latest Environmental Health Inspection Report / Rating
– Food Hygiene Certificates (Level 2)
